When someone asks me "What kind of design work do you do?" My answer is usually, "Yes?"
I find that each varied experience has built a strong design foundation that strengthens my understanding for any kind of project I tackle. Whether it's graphics, audio visual, user experience, program design and management, or marketing and communications, I'm fascinated by the network of connections in everything, and how things that may not seem related really are. I started doing freelance illustration before I graduated high school. I've interned for printing, photography, and game design companies, have done visual work in store for retail companies, worked in multiple management positions, and stumbled into healthcare and behavioral science. In my "free" time I run three tabletop roleplaying games, work on various art projects, and am probably researching something outlandish. |
